      Amrit Prakash Pandey

      Amrit Prakash Pandey holds dual master’s degrees in Election Campaign and Democracy, as well as Data Culture and Society from the University of London. His professional background includes working with Various Political Campaigns and the Centre for the Study of Developing Societies (CSDS). Additionally, he has made noteworthy contributions to prominent newspapers in India.

      Talha Rashid

      Talha Rashid, a Senior Consultant, brings over five years of extensive experience to the table. His professional journey includes involvement in diverse election campaigns spanning various political parties and states. Previously associated with the Centre for Policy Research in New Delhi, he has also made notable contributions to leading newspapers in India.

      Shweta Chaudhary

      Shweta Chaudhary holds a degree in Journalism and Public Relations. Her extensive experience includes successful collaborations with global corporate clients in the United States. Demonstrating expertise as a seasoned communication and policy consultant, she has effectively engaged with a diverse spectrum of political leaders and government institutions.

      Arvind Kumar

      Arvind Kumar is a Visiting Lecturer in Politics & International Relations at the University of Hertfordshire, UK. He previously taught at Royal Holloway, University of London, the University of the West of England, the University of Delhi, and Jawaharlal Nehru University.

      His research focuses on caste, candidate nomination, rights and representation, crime and politics, Indian and comparative politics, international relations, judicial politics, political theory, political economy, social policy, and research methods. He has taught undergraduate and postgraduate modules across politics, criminology, sociology, and research methods.

      Arvind has published extensively in academic and media platforms, with over 150 articles in outlets including BBC Hindi, The Print, and India Today, and has been quoted by The Indian Express, The Hindu, and others. He has also appeared on podcasts such as e-IR. He served on the Expert Working Group on Violent Extremism and Cybercrime at the United Nations Interregional Crime and Justice Research Institute and advised Bishvendra Paswan during Nepal’s constitutional drafting on Dalit and Tribal rights. He is EDI Officer of the Early Career Network of the Political Studies Association, Trustee of the British Association for South Asian Studies, and an editorial board member of the Journal of International and Comparative Social Policy.

      He holds a PhD in Politics from Royal Holloway and is a Fellow of the Advanced Higher Education Academy. He tweets at @arvind_kumar__
